  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Clearance or sale items, unless they are defective.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items:

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error or defective item.

  2. Once approved, ship the item to:
